Gets the states of Australia communicating. Very strict, may sentence imorisonment just for lying which is good as it shows how serious they are about people breaking the law.<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Employment and Entry conditions comprise of eligibility requirements, employment screening, security clearance, assessment of applicant and reference checks.&nbsp;<br><br>Eligibility requirements:<br>* Must be an Australian Citizen (unless there are exceptional circumstances)<br>* Must be willing to undertake a security assessment<br>* Must be willing to undergo a medical assessment if applicable<br>* Redundancy assessment<br><br>Assessment of Applicant:<br>* if an interview is required an applicant may have to attend a panel interview assessment or workplace assessment centre whereby a selection criteria is used for assessing capabilities of the individual.<br><br>Reference Checks:<br>* Must provide contacts of current ot other referees.<br>* Written documentation are only acceptable if specifically requested.<br><br>Employment screening &amp; Security clearance:<br>* Specific employment screening process<br>* Psychological assessment<br>* Security clearance process conducted by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency.<br><br>All staff in the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission are required to obtain and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.<br><br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
