I would like to explore more would be mapping the right ATLs and LPs with the units of inquiry .

1 challenge area would be to be able to get the students to take actions that are student led and not teacher initiated.

• deeper understanding of learner profile attributes - meaning and significance

• how LPAs and ATL skills align with KNOW DO BECOME

• practical strategies to intentionally integrate these attributes and skills into lesson planning and classroom culture.

2 things I want to know more about -

• best practices

• how to track students’ growth

1 Question -

• How can we sustain a consistent balance between focusing on curriculum content and simultaneously nurturing LPA?

2.I will plan lessons that highlight competencies, encourage reflection, and use growth mindset language to build student confidence.

3. Competencies and mindsets go hand-in-hand and can be developed through consistent classroom practices.

It encouraged reflective thinking and further empowered us to intentionally embed these attributes in our daily practices.

I reflected on the LPA that I exhibit in my professional and personal life and the LPAs that I need to work on.

I also understood the linkages between 'IB LPAs' and Portraits of a Panther and reflected on how we can strengthen the two.

Today’s session facilitated by Ms. Shreya and Ms. Ankita served as a meaningful refresher, reinforcing the essence of the IB philosophy. The discussions helped us revisit the importance of nurturing agency, promoting inquiry, and designing learning experiences that intentionally build ATL skills. It was a great reminder of how we, as educators, can continue shaping environments where learners grow as thinkers, communicators, and caring individuals, making informed choices and taking ownership of their learning.

We revisited the importance of supporting student agency, collaboration, and planning learning experiences that build ATL skills. The session also showed how collaboration between teachers and students enhances learning.
