I  had to  explain why I was taking this course and answer questions about myself confidently, I handed over my GCSE'S when asked and created small talk to understand the type of people that would teach me .I could've smiled more to seem more welcoming.

Applying for jobs:
My interview for my job went good , I managed to communicate my ideas or what I could do to advance to company and why they should employ me . However i could've been more confident .

I answer all questions that are given to me to answer , however I could be more confident within getting them right.

For our poster we made one to show the price rules and rules on the amount of players. Just giving page , we created a just giving page to help donations however no one donated. Advertising on the day we sat at the rope waiting to see if anyone would like to join or play. Participation, no one participated i believe we would've included a teacher to be able to gain popularity we raised no money and no one was interested in our activity , they were interested in soaking teachers which was another groups activity.

I work at Air Haus and so it's my social responsibility to help kids that may have been injured providing them with first aid if needed, IT's also my social responsibility to radio for staff when customers are waiting and no member off staff is there, as I'm not trained on each part of the establishment. This provides me with the responsibility and leadership which i will explain in public services. I do well in this as i fulfil what i can do, i could help people more by being trained on different areas within my job.

We took in turns listening and building the robot.

Wheelbarrow- this game was boys vs girls each of us within our team was given different task so that we could lead that part and then join ideas .  A strategy was placed so that we could have equal parts and so we all felt involved etc.

Another form of leadership is at my work , i work at air haus sheffield and i am responsible for telling people little jobs to do to radio when customers are i need .
