"I, Altafasalya Ardnika Basya, as the senior (at college) of the late Muhamad Naufal Zidan, would like to deeply apologize to the victim's mother, father, family, relatives, friends, the aggrieved parties, and to all the people I've let down," said Altaf, sobbing, at Depok Police on Saturday, October 20.
