ANSWER:
At Middle School (based on the information in your question), students are required to complete the bell ringer activity within 5 minutes of the scheduled START time for the course. The best way to handle this is to use the "To-Do" list in the top left corner of Google Classroom. The To-Do List allows students to see ALL activities that have not been completed yet, all classes at one time! There is a video on how to use the To-Do list on the Virtual Learning tab of the www.prc.k12.ms.us website.

Alternately, students can click on the "Classwork" tab in Google Classroom to see current activities that are due.
