I find it is very important in a daycare because you’re building trust with a child, building a relationship with the parents, gain trust.

It’s also very important with colleagues because we respect each others decisions for crafts and such, not bumping heads, building a relationship/friendship over what we love doing, and we’re also caring for the children in the centre

I find it is important at the daycare because, we are building relationships with both child and parent. The child will get use to being with us during the day, and being away from their parents. The child needs to feel comfortable with us in order to feel safe at the daycare.

It is important with colleagues because, we need to teach the children working together and getting along with each other. We can’t have colleagues yelling or fighting at each other at work because it will scare the children, and not make them want to be at daycare.

It is important that parents know these stages with the children, where they would need help, how they are adjusting in daycare. The care and health if needed.

And as for colleagues, we communicate and help when needed. Understanding what needs they would need in order to help with the children. Asking nicely for help. Asking if they’re comfortable with everything that is around them.

It is very important in a Daycare Facility to build trust with a child/ren because parents are dropping off their child and giving trust to us caregivers.

Colleagues, we grow to respect one another, help each other when needed, make the environment comfortable to work in.

I think its very important in the daycare facilities to build trust with the children, colleagues and parents cause the parents are bringing their child/ren into the daycare for the day and they are gaining or building trust with the caregivers. Trust in the workplace promotes an atmosphere of security and respect among employees. We help each other when needed and we make the environment a save & secure, comfortable place to work in.

It is important in Preschools to build with trust with children because parents are dropping off their child, giving us trust and respect. Help each other when nedded makes the environment more comfortable to work in.

Respecting others is very important it shows that you care for the facility and the people who are participating in the centre , showing you care and that your helping with parents trusting and growing their little ones .. showing kindness can boost the colleagues parents and students to help build the facility into making a good progress ..
