If I want to solve an argument between people, I must know the subject that they argue on. If I have enough knowledge about the subject to help me come up with a solution, I let them release their thoughts and begin a discussion with path parties. I'll become more anxious,stressed and worried if we have a stubborn side. Because of that, we need to expose the area to help solve the argument between them.

There are a number of employees who argue with others over minor things.

In my opinion, to solve an argument between people, you need to be patient, resilient and determined.

Usually, I sit down with the arguing employees, understand the issue, and solve it.

Some of them are stubborn and think that every problem is earth-shattering.

Therefore, I give some advice to avoid arguments and to solve minor things:

- Try to acknowledge the other person's efforts and support.
- Don't be ignorant of what they have done to you.
-Open up to them, but don't be judgmental,

Accordingly, if you don't get your problem solved, just leave it. It might be solved with time.

After that, to examine what they learned in the course through a small test to see if they are still stubborn and get stressed quickly.

First, i should leason to both of them and bet the both point.
Second, i should think without take care for one of them, and if I couldn't I will ask some help from someone who I know that he can get a good diction and better to be older than me, he should have more experience than me.
