This event will provide juniors and seniors the opportunity to meet the Dean of The Graduate School, our associate dean and faculty and students from our graduate programs. We’ve  attached an invitation to the event that you can distribute to your junior and senior students, and more information can be found on our website at  graduate.gsu.edu/virtualvisit/.  Attendees will receive an application fee waiver ($50 value) should they decide to apply to one of our over 150 graduate programs.  Please remember that:

·      Membership to the McNair Association of Professionals (MAP) is required in order for your students’ work to be considered for publication (UROC IS A MEMBER!).

·      Submissions will be accepted through October 15, 2021 and are limited to the following saved file formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF files

·      Work from all disciplines are welcome and the formats include the following three (3) options:

1.       Research Papers are limited to a 2500–4000 word limit (approximately 8-10 single-spaced pages including references)

2.       Personal Research Reflection Essays are limited to a 500 word limit and can address such topics as the 1) research process, 2) lessons learned, 3) best practices, 4) “words of wisdom,” etc.

3.       Multimedia projects that are unable to be uploaded via the link, can be sent directly to me at sjott@buffalo.edu
