Three examples of Balinese dances are Barong Dance: involves chorus of seated men while swaying their outstretched arms to accompany the dance , Kecak Dance: involves a story of possesion and struggle between good and evil, and Sanghyang Jaron: when dancers go into a trance like state and perform amazing feats unhurt.</div>]]></description>

There was rhythmic stomping, pirouettes, jumps, and positions with knees to the ground. There were 3 brackets of this type of dance. Nritta: technical emphasis on speed form, pattern etc., Nritya: communicates a story through expressive gestures and slower body movements, and finally Nataya: danced in groups with acting, intricate costumes and usually accompanied by a vocalist.</div>]]></description>
