The drug dealer should be held accountable for it but then again that's the only way they know how to make money. Even if it is to someone 18 or older age does not matter to them as long as they are making money. Some drug dealers even have minors working for them .  I know some one who said they was only doing it to help his mom pay rent but now he is 19 years old and is making a living out of it. Last year my health teacher told me that weed kills your brain cells and makes it hard to focus. But also weed is a stress releaver for some people and old people use it as medication .

Drug dealers just want money like anyone else so, I'm sure they don't discriminate when their selling. I don't think it's the drug dealer fault if a minor buys drugs from them, what are they suppose to do ID them? That just sounds silly. If the child chose to buy drugs It's their fault, as well as their parents fault. I do not feel drug dealers should sell hardcore drugs to a minor, although these days it's hard to tell who is, and who isn't a adult. Selling drugs is bad, but as long as you don't get caught than it doesn't matter.
