Absolute Monarchy-

A government in which a hereditary king or queen has unrestricted power over the people. Along with the most power, the monarch is the head of the government and will have the final say.

Authoritarian-

Government in which one leader or group of people holds absolute power. The leaders are not held accountable by the people. Governemnt has all the power and strictly enforces the citizens obedience.

Representative democracy in which the citizens choose their lawmakers. Have different forms of parties and the power remains basically with the governed.

Dictatorship-

Goverenment in which the head of state has complete control over the state. Often, a dictator utilizes the police force and military to maintain power. They also limit freedoms (speech, assembly)

Like the USA and UK, both represent the people and citizens that are actually governed and affected by the decisions of the government. It lets the people have a say and the leaders have equal balance of power, too.
