On this day Indians listen to the national anthem and patriotic songs.

It also includes sauces, meat, milk, rice, vegetables and bread. 
The main spices are curry, pepper, garlic and chilli. 
The Hindu community does not eat beef because it considers the cow a sacred animal. 
The Muslim one doesn't consume pork. 
North Indian cuisine uses meats,the Southern one is vegetarian and more spicy.
