         <description><![CDATA[<p>Two insights i've gained are that I tend to be more stressed than i thought i was and that it can be easy to build healthy habits to change it.</p><p>Two goals Id like are to be more active in the gym and to be able to express my feelings easily through journaling daily. (or attempting to do so everyday)</p>]]></description>

         <title>Wellness plan MANTRA MEDITATION</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>I chose Japa because it is something I feel could connect with me in my religion.</p></li><li><p>Before meditation I was full of thoughts because of finals creeping up on me.</p></li><li><p>Mentally I could feel my thoughts clearing up. I could feel that repetition made my mind clear up because I would be focused on the meditation.</p></li><li><p>After meditating I had less of a headache and felt more open minded</p></li><li><p>I had no other concerns</p><ol><li><p>I chose saguna because I like to do yoga and things with movement.</p></li><li><p>Before meditating I had a small headache and felt tense.</p></li><li><p>I could feel the tension releasing from my shoulders and becoming more flexible.</p></li><li><p>I felt really good. I think exercising and yoga really helps me out in general</p></li><li><p>After meditating I felt really good. My body felt really fluid and I felt as if the weight was lifted off my shoulders.</p></li><li><p>I dont have any concerns </p></li></ol></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>Two causes of stress in my life are classes and work</p></li><li><p> One intrapersonal intervention would be to manage my time better so that it helps me personally. One interpersonal intervention would be to communicate more with my classmates and coworkers.</p></li><li><p>I have implemented yoga into my life.</p></li><li><p>I will implement paying attention to my surroundings more and being more aware.</p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <title>Wellness Plan: Guided Imagery : Mountain lake</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>Before this exercise, I had a slight headache and felt pretty stressed about my job. </p></li><li><p>I felt at peace during the exercise. I loved the use of imagination for this. I am a huge nature enthusiast so imagining a lake side is something I really looked forward to.</p></li><li><p>Immediately after I felt really good and a bit sad because I was no longer in this lake realm.</p></li><li><p>Several hours after I still felt pretty calm and no longer felt the stress from earlier.</p><ol><li><p>I felt a little less stressful before this time since I had done it once before. </p></li><li><p>I once again felt super at home and at peace. I love wildlife and would love to  imagine this.</p></li><li><p>I once again felt a wave of sadness that I was no longer by a mountainside but I also felt much more relieved.</p></li><li><p>Several hours after I was pretty tired but I felt at peace.</p><ol><li><p>I loved the nature aspect of this technique. Getting to imagine mother nature around me is something that really keeps me at peace.</p></li><li><p>I prefer this technique over others we've done this semester.</p></li><li><p>I would not consider it on a regular basis since it does take some time but I would definitely do it on a weekly basis.</p></li></ol></li></ol></li></ol>]]></description>
