The Early Learning Framework from Ontario in Canada base its principles and approaches on research, best practices and a common set of principles that help guide and support educators and caregivers.          <description><![CDATA[<p>1.The YMCA of Hong Kong aims to provide quality education based on Christian beliefs and values in stimulating, loving, and caring environments that enable young people to grow and flourish.</p><p>The YMCA of Hong Kong is dedicated to nurturing young people to become respectful, responsible, responsive, contributing global citizens who embody the CARES principles in their lives.</p><p>2. EYFS &amp; Biblical curriculum.</p><p>3. I<strong>ntegrated play-based + EYFS + Biblical </strong></p><p>kindergarten followed an integrated play-based curriculum with thematic units. In 2004, under the guidance of the Head Teacher – Ms Susan Young, </p><p>the kindergarten decided to adopt the UK EYFS curriculum and based its values on biblical principles. In 2016, the kindergarten was officially renamed from "International Kindergarten" to "Christian International Kindergarten", marking its identity and commitment to teaching God's words and Christian values. At the same time, the kindergarten incorporated "A Biblical Foundation for Early Childhood Education" by the University for the Nations as its core curriculum.</p><ol start="4"><li><p>Academic and humanity-based approach . The Kindergarten follows the "Early Years Foundation Stage Framework" from the U.K., incorporating "A Biblical Foundation for Early Childhood Education" from University of the Nations, "Jolly Phonics" from the U.K., and theme-based activities.</p><p>This curriculum aims to:</p><ul><li><p>Nurture a young child's relationship with God</p></li><li><p>Instill biblical values deeply into a child's heart</p></li><li><p>Build an understanding of biblical truth using many illustrations from God's Word</p></li><li><p>Create an environment where children are loved and valued.</p></li></ul></li></ol>]]></description>
