We have a platform for tracking a big number of shipments, and there is an archive for a shipment that lasts for more than 3 months. So, customers can check their transactions. 

and there are many sib systems for pick up and Impex. Also about the freight shipment, also there is a big system for the companies which they use b2b services business to business, and the big system here is shop and ship. It's huge and sophisticated.
