I just knew that IS Education Network Sdn Bhd has linked with stationery shop and A4 paper supplier to make sure the company always get high quality tools with affordable price. By that, it helps the company to make sure the operation is keeps going and reduce cost of buying. The new thing that I learn today is on how to work with machine. I has to learn on how to handle and operate the photostat machine. The photostat machine is huge for heavy work purpose like when teacher needs 400 sets of 30 pages learning materials. At the beginning, to master the machine is not easy and quiet confusing. Everything must be set manually and if set wrong then the output will also be wrong but thanks to my work mate Syaima and Aliyah for helping me. For the report purpose, I get a chance to interview Sir Ven to get his perception about the SWOT Analysis for the company. The interview session last for 5 minutes. I need to be more precaution because it could effect the money transactions in the system and it all will be recorded. He teach student in Account Subject. For the report purpose, I manage to has an interview session with Mr Arin to collect information about the company. As an entrepreneur, Mr Arin is such an inspiration because he had tons of experience in business. He is not only tells me about the history of the company and his journey but he also give me some advice on how to overcome any problems especially in business. The interview session done after almost 15 minutes. In a conclusion, to be success and to be on the top we need to learn. Learning while in the progress and learnt from the experience. At the beginning, I did some mistakes because can not answer the question when the customer is not understand and when they want more clarification about the service. But after several times I managed to give my best. To be honest it quiet heavy duty for me because I'm still can't manage to get to know perfectly on how to close the account. But in the term of learning I challenge myself to give a try for this task. By the help of Aliyah I managed to complete the task even though I took times to finish it and also I did several mistakes.
