They are too confident with others and the belief easily others lies. In addition Framton is very doubtful. 
Like Framton, Hodja in "The One in a Million" appears to have bipolarity (change his ideas very quickly.) Hodja is bipolar person because he first think that the donkey is worthless and dirty and the he belief the flowery words of the man in the market place.
