         <description><![CDATA[<div>The government was up and running, but faced a critical problem. They had no money and people hated taxes. Congress agreed to tax whiskey and luxury goods. Many farmers where angry. The whiskey boys had a rebellion against the government. Washington shut it down with 13,00 soldiers. The french revolution occurred and the two parties had names because of France and there republic government.Washington ran a second term, but never ran again.</div>]]></description>
