         <title>A cardiac PaceMaker is a small device that is operated, this device senses when your heart is beating slowly or irregularly This device sends a signal to someones heart for it can have a healthy and correct heartbeat. Usually when someone has a pacemaker it means that their heartbeat isn&#39;t functioning correctly as it should be, this can help treat patients with heart failure. Those who need a pacemaker usually have arrhythmias, arrhythmias is when the heartbeat is irregular,too slower, too fast, this occurs when the electrical impulses in the heart doesn&#39;t work correctly, there are other reasons why people need a pacemaker due to heart blockage, heart attacks, atrial fibrillation. This will change someones lifestyle such as their diet, driving, exercising, and quit smoking. Most people who had a pacemaker implanted may need to avoid heavy lifting for at least one month.  </title>

For patients with severe regional pain syndromes, failed back surgery syndrome, and other neuropathic pain syndromes, SCS has been used to to alleviate pain, increase functional capacity, and boost the quality of life over all. According to some studies done electrophysiological experiments on spinal cord neurons sparked the concept. The SCS system can interact with neurons in the spinal cords and change the stimulation accordingly. This system listens to the spinal cord's neuron, and it interacts with the living nerve system, which increases effectiveness. </div>]]></description>

However patients with isolated mitral valve disease may be candidates for minimally invasive surgery as long as they do not have relevant aortic valve disease. Surgeons perform the operation through the small space between the ribs, whereas they make a small 4-6cm incision on the right side of the chest instead of making a large incision in the middle of the chest.
