         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe the points outlined in the link I have shared show most common pros and cons of both internal and external recruitment, I feel especially within a small team environment such as a restaurant/ cafe, where you have multiple staff carrying out the the same duties it would be easy for &nbsp; internal conflict to arise, when there is an opportunity for promotion. In saying of all that &nbsp; , internal promotion opportunities may motivate staff to work harder.&nbsp;<br><br>Advantage point of external recruitment , new blood can be could for business with new/ different ideas, energy flowing into your business and can also revive a tiresome team.<br>Disadvantage being the cost involved and time with recruiting externally, and hoping that they will stick around.</div>]]></description>
