as my first task i had to speak in front of my new college class and explain a presentation about myself and answer a series of questions. This helped me to gain confidence and feel more comfortable around my class. I managed to speak clearly and express my presentation smoothly and get the points and ideas across.to improve next time i could include more ideas in my presentation and maybe open up about things in more detail.

Evidence 2- work
for this role i had to speak clearly with confidence and compassion and prove myself to the classmates that i am trustworthy, care about how they feel and will take there concerns seriously. I had to be put under pressure and on the spot and deliver  a convincing speech why i would make good course representative.

The first day on the job i had to communicate with the other girls that spoke English, I was put on a trial shift and had to use communication and listening skills to make the day successful. The trial shift went well because i was patient with the customers and took my time learning the new atmosphere. Evidence 1- Straw task
the task was complete a teamwork task of making a tower using straws and communication to reach an end goal of whose tower stood the longest.id say the things that went well was we all took part and had individual tasks to perform the task effectively all manager to contribute something that allows everyone to be involved. If i had to improve on anything it would be speaking up more when i have a positive opinion about something

evidence 2 treasure hunt
we worked collectively as a team to find and problem solve clues in addition to passing back and forth information which was crucial to completing the main task. With everyone ideas and opinions about the task we were able to peace-by-peace figure more and more things out along the way.as an improvement activity i would like to be a leader so we all have a thing to therefore people don't repeat the same clues.
