My Take

My take/opinion on the Tulsa massacre was that it was an event that was so uncalled for yet so normal in the Jim Crow Era. The way hate spread on from on person to another was completely unnecessary, I can't speak for the minds of the people within that era, but I believe that they lived in very hostile and biased times. Even though you have another race thriving and building a stable economy, there's no need to one-up them or knock them down. If they thrived side by side, they could've created new inventions and really bring in the fruits of the reconstruction era. But of course, that was out of the question at the time.
