On the first day of my mission trip. I went to gambir station and i felt really excited for my service at Surabaya. I took the train to Surabaya for 9 hours long. After we arrived, we went to swiss belinn hotel than we check in to put our luggage at the hotel. Than we go to eat dinner at Bu Rudy restaurant the food was really delightful and appetizing. After a long day we went back to the hotel and sleep with my roommate

Day 1

I woke up at 5 am for my first day service at Sunday school. We gather at the hotel lobby and ride the bus to the Sunday school. It took around 35 minutes to get there. They were very excited to met us and we got greeted with warm hands. Then we decided into 3 groups with 3 different rooms. Then we teaches them about the story of the bible.

We eat catfish together for our lunch. After we say our good bye. We had our dinner at a restaurant it was really delicious the salted egg shrimps were the most popular. Then we went back to the hotel and sleep.

Day 2

At the morning i woke up at 5 am. And getting ready for my next service at elementary school. We took the bus to get there for approximately 35 minutes. At first we were really scared if the children doesn't welcome us well. When we arrive turns out they were very kind to us. We teach them how to think and play puzzle. We then teach them mathematics problems for them to solve. If they got it right we gave them candies for the reward. When we said our goodbye to them. We learn how it feels to be a teacher. We have to be calm and patient. Then we took our bus back to the hotel and have dinner together. Then we sleep for the next day

Day 3

I woke up at 5 am in the morning. Then we preparing to start our service at a highschool. We had breakfast at the hotel. Then took the bus to the school. It takes us approximately 1 hour to get there. When we arrive there we divided ourselves to 3 group. Which is making slimes, making coffee and basketball fun games. I got into the basketball fun games. We were really bonding with the spar we had. We got to know each other really well because of the spar. After the spar we greeted with respect and no hatred. Then we said goodbye to them. Then we took the bus to eat dinner. Then got back to the hotel and took a sleep.

Day 4

We woke up in the morning at 4 am. Because we're going on a long trip to

malang for our last day at Surabaya. To get on a jeep off road adventure. We took the breakfast at the hotel. Then we took a 2 hour trip using the bus. When we arrived there we were really excited for the adventure trip. The experience riding a jeep on a off road was really fun. After we arrived at the destination we got into a river then we got splashed by the jeep with full speed then wet us all. Then we took a lunch at the restaurant the food was all you can eat. And it was really delicious than we went back to the hotel then we took dinner near the hotel. Then we went back to the hotel from a long day and take a sleep

Day 5

I wake up in the morning at 5 am. Then were check out from the hotel than bring our luggage to the bus. Than we went to an orphanage and teaches them to paint. It was a fun experience to play with them. Than we went to a museum to see arts. And we went to the zoo to see exotic animals. After the long day we went to the train station. When we arrived back at station gambir we said our good bye.

The conclusion is if you really want to service other people. You have to do it seriously and be brave to communicate with new people. Because if you don't do it seriously you won't get anything from it. Youth in mission is a blessing for everyone not a field trip.
