Post-match interview: Man City vs Arsenal - Manuel Pelligrini

External Unstable - Man City manager and some players did not agree with the referee's decisions to award Arsenal with a penalty kick after a debatable dive by a Man City player

Internal Unstable - Man City had lots of possession, more so than Arsenal throughout the game however they were not creative enough with the ball, not using their opportunities to the best of their abilities

Internal Stable - Arsenal, who had less possession, took advantage of their time with the ball and were able to score good goals.

When Ireland missed the conversion New Zealand thrived off of their failure in the first half, they were quite dynamic. (uncontrollable) EXTERNAL UNSTABLE

Towards the end of the first half, the coach felt as though they had missed opportunities to force mistakes causing the team to get their heads down. (controllable)(short term) INTERNAL UNSTABLE

They also gave away a penalty right in front of the conversion posts that made the team psychologically feel defeated by the end of the first half.(controllable) (short term) INTERNAL STABLE

The captain felt as though the team were dynamic in attack in the first half for about 20 minutes but they found it difficult to sustain this mental strength for the whole length of the game. (uncontrollable)INTERNAL UNSTABLE

In the second half the anxiety accumulated as they kept missing opportunities. (uncontrollable)EXTERNAL UNSTABLE

The guys felt physically rattled transferring their weaknesses to their psychological strength making them question their abilities and wore the psychological string thin.(controllable) (long term)INTERNAL STABLE

They were down by 14 and Ireland had a psychological lift whilst NZ were on a low.
