I learned that protesting can actually reach the ears of officials, to help make a change for the better(hopefully). The amount of bias against women is not as much as I had expected, especially with what I have seen on the news. We have laws against sexual harrasment. We have laws that make abortion legal. However, we can continue to protest and influence the younger generation, so that when the older generation die, the younger will take its place.
