We’re thrilled to invite you to a fun and relaxing potluck party with delicious food, music, and games! This form will help organize who’s bringing what — from meals and drinks to toys, chairs, and musical talent.

If you’re bringing food, please include a small label with the name of the dish and its ingredients (especially if it contains common allergens like nuts, meat, or dairy).

Heads-up: I’m putting this together while running after a toddler. This is a community event, and your help and contributions are what make this happen!

Musicians, please bring your instruments and join in — whether it’s a jam or a solo moment.

Kids’ toys, chairs, and games are welcome too.

We’ll plan to set up in 216's driveway, unless someone suggests a better spot.

There’s no set schedule — just bring your creativity and good energy!

Please submit this form as soon as you can so we can coordinate better. Everyone will have access to the answer pool until the party starts. You can edit your response as many times as you want!
