Eutrophication can occur almost anywhere but one of the locations where it's become a huge problem is off the Gulf Of Mexico. The Gulf Of Mexico acts as a drainage zone to different rivers such as the Mississippi River, and the Missouri River, which can affect other places along the way.

Human activities that include this are farming. Farming is one of the main problems with Eutrophication with the act that they use nitrogen based fertilizers. Once they are washed off by the rain into the water, it can harm the species in it.

There are plenty of solutions to Eutrophication but 1 main solution that can prevent Eutrophication are that you can stop building farms so close to lakes or rivers because when farmers put fertilizer into their crops, it can then be washed away by rain and lead its way into the body of water. It can also form from livestock within a farm. It can help form algae which will prevent sunlight from getting to the aquatic plants and animals, which can then make their population die out and will not let the plants photosynthesize.
