各分會長 or 秘書長，應該在7/23都有收到 Proxy Assignment 代理人設定的信件，目的是設定代理的票，讓DD_Alex 代表我們去投世界總會長以及各種投票事項。

以下整理幾個重點，還請各位部長幫忙對區長，以至各分會布達，若有任何問題，歡迎私訊我詢問：

1. 請在 8/15前，在TI官網線上完成

2. 僅有各分會會長/秘書長可以執行(2票/分會，其中一人代表操作即可)

3. 教學影片> https://www.toastmasters.org/events/annual-business-meeting/watch-and-learn

4. 投完不會有確認信，有以下Summary就代表完成囉

5. 選擇完畢，到8/15前都可以持續修改
