At times you may lose your motivation but you know that you are an amazing person who will still come to work every day with the aim to bring change to your client's lives. Every time you help clients to be engaged, each time you lift them up to transfer them, to change when they soil, to help them to be able to eat, each time you sing and dance with them, each time you get hurt but you remain calm, each time you play with them, each time you train them to be independent in different areas, every little thing you do when adds up makes a HUGE impact to the lives of our clients and caregivers. Our clients may not be able to express themselves in words but the smiles on their faces mean they appreciate you all.
