- A locla farmer named Joe found that by feeding his farm cows seaweed, they were able to reduce the methane production by a lot 
- Joe also found that by feeding his cows red seaweed, he was able to reduce the amount of methane burped and farted out to almost 0
- If everybody fed cows red seaweed to eliminate the amount of methane coming out of cows, it would be like taking 1000 cars off the road 
- Reducing methane or eliminating it completely is like reducing greenhouse gases
