This is because it is on the way to being developed which means that it has quite a few of the things that it needs to have to be developed where as Australia has everything that it needs to be developed.  Wages are the payment you get in work and the income is what you have after you have paid for everything you need to pay for and then the leftover money when you get all the money some people dont get to much money because of the unenployment rate . Some of the money is from trade that the country has got from other places
