I work in a vocational school with multileveled students, often coming from various social, cultural, religious backgrounds. The students often act defensively in class when they do not understand sth and I am in the dfc situation to balance in quite diversiful classes and prevent conflicts in class. If all students are actively engaged, possible problems can be avoided up to a point. I consider it is the teacher's duty to be aware of the sts diversities lingulistic, cultural and social and prepare the students for co-existence.

https://padlet.com/eunacademy/7t6rbbuwu9a5
