Hi Sir Kaw! This EXIT TICKET is for you. Thank you for being both a professor, mentor, and friend to us. Thank you for constantly encouraging us to do our best and to stick to our path. We've learned so much from you this semester and we wanted to show our appreciation for you through this message board. We hope to see you next year, though!

Much love,

Now I know that it's okay to make mistakes and to stumble every now and then. It's all part of the process. Thank you Sir for showing me that it's okay to fail- what matters is that after each failure, I get up and I keep going.

Now I know that my perceptions and assumptions were not totally correct after I met Sir Kaw. I love it when you play songs before class because it helps us relax and think that we should not be hard on ourselves. Having online classes is tough already but you made us enjoy it and made it bearable for us to continue our journey as law students until we reach the end of first sem. I appreciate the encouragement and advice that you gave to us which made me hold on to law school longer than I expected. Thank you sir Kaw and I hope you get to enjoy the upcoming holiday with your family!

I had this notion that law professors are very intimidating, very strict, and very hard towards their students. But Sir Kaw defied that stereotype. He is kind, approachable, and is willing to listen to his students; not to mention that he plays music before his class starts. He made Legal Research and Writing fun, and I was able to learn a lot because of his relaxed, yet concise method of teaching.

Thank you Sir Kaw for being our professor in LegResWrit, and for being our mentor/friend/adviser for this semester (alongside Atty. Even though we would only meet him once a week, sir would check up on us and even went as far as to send us a letter (which i've saved in my notes & i read whenever i feel down sir it always helps!!). Sir, thank you for the first semester! It's a memory I'm sure my blockmates and I will treasure, knowing that we have also the support of you and our other professors on this journey. Looking forward to seeing you again for our thesis defenses! hahaha.

My Leg Res with sir Kaw helped see that perfect balance. Thank you so much sir Kaw for inspiring us, for letting us be, for the music, and the wonderful lessons. Looking forward to seeing you again!
