We need to keep in mind that vegan meats do not actually come from real animals. The dictionary definition of the word 'meat' is 'flesh from animals as food'. However, vegan meats are made from plants such as peas, in other words foods that are not meat.
Regardless of the many opinions that state vegan meats taste similar to the conventional meat that are used for burgers, it is undeniable fact that vegan meats will taste different from the "real" meats to some certain extent. The similarity in terms of taste can never be an sufficient reason for calling it meat. 
As such, the so-called meats made out of plants should not be categorized as "meats"
