The logical solution here isn’t to avoid meat. Rather, it’s to avoid displacing all those other healthy foods with meat. It’s to include both meat and high fiber foods, fruits, and veggies, and more.

I think that the reason why it might not be working for everyone is because they may be consuming the unhealthy vegan/vegetarian foods. For example, individuals can consume deep fried vegetables and eat the ‘junk’ vegan foods. Instead, they should focus on the unprocessed foods and eat foods that are prepared in the healthy way e.g. steaming and grilling.

Is there so many vegan that have been vegan for more than 10 years ??? probably not, due to the health consequences of the nutrient deficiencies!! Plant based diets are one thing, eating plants is beneficial but you cannot sustain a good health without protein from animal. Vegan inst inappropriate for children, they’re fed on breast milk from a human animal, so why do we have to make any changes? I dont think the governmnet should support a vegan diet. The goal is get people to eat a balanced diet, more whole food, less processed and refined sugar.
