He has a great attitude and always has a simile on his face. I was working in the office and all of a sudden my computer just went black as I was in the middle of working on something important. I took a few mins to try and problem solve myself what it could be but nothing worked. I walked around our office to track down Jason and he stopped everything and already had an idea of what it could be. It took a couple of tries but he was able to get me up and going again in a few short mins. He understands the urgency we face when we run into IT problems and is eager to help. Instead of hiding behind a desk he is out walking the floor saying Hi to everyone in the morning and I don't think I'm in alone in saying that Jason is a great addition to our Scottsdale team.
