In this painting you see nothing but the sand around this area by itself, there isn’t any homes but you can see something far out. You can also see in this painting that the sun is being foreshadowed with dust, dust is everywhere in the air and there is no longer sun shining. This image conveys a lot of depressed quality of life. Nobody is around in this painting, but people are present, I believe that speaks more. Everything in this paining showing worried lost souls that are stuck in the air, making it hard for families to live.

In this photo you see that these families are in their homes but they look very desperate, hopeless because of the great depression. You also see during this great depression these families life was completely hard, because of the hardships of their poor economy reflected on tons of families. The mission for success were founded by men and lots of men no longer could've provided with such help considering circumstances. We see the mother standing here where it lies her kids stomach's bearing for hunger. The kids in this image seem to be discreetly in the back, possibly waiting on something like food from charities.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5HPn_7xzhLA&t=43s

Families lost a lot of food and they were withheld from as well as unemployment for them during this time. There was so much absence in their households when it comes down to everyday living trying to survive off of agencies accommodations to these men, women, neighbors, etc. In the great depression children looked for work once they became of age because they really needed it. Kids really wanted to get a job as soon as possible to help parents and it unfortunately was sparing in the economy. Kids had to immediately get a job of course because they older but it sad to see them work knowing they're struggling, and frankly there were also preparing for this battle because the experienced in through the households.

Families no longer wanted to live in these areas where the dust bowl really hurt them the most and move to other places to migrant from there troubled states endangered of dust bowl’s. Eventually when the Great Depression occurred families were able to flee their local homes and move elsewhere. A lot of the time there most populated states ended up with heavily families moving to California. Other families also moved to states such as Texas, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, etc.

This is showing what families went through the most as well. You can that during the Great Depression families struggles a lot with their work environment even there to their homes when they prepare meals. Going back to this times it was very troublesome and scarce for them, reduced paychecks/ budget cuts for employees. Then no longer were they able to even work a job, they were unemployed in 1933 you see a rise in unemployment. Well in a lot of the households mothers couldn't keep meals together anymore on the table for their kids, they had to receive food handouts from organizations/ charities/ agencies.

This wasn't meant for women this job were meant for men, and men were the only person in the household were provided with this because women as seen as housewives. In this clip women did step up the plate but the men who were the ones who stepped up the most, and took the places of women in some environments. It was also said that in families they're wasn't much reproduction going on due to not having any balance with finacial incomes.

https://www.encyclopedia.com/economics/encyclopedias-almanacs-transcripts-and-maps/family-and-home-impact-great-depression

Everything seemed to be especially difficult for unemployed male heads of families. Traditional conceptions of gender roles prevailed during the 1930s; men were seen as head of household who reel in the most money. Unemployed men felt like failures as a result of their incapability to provide for their families. Men withdrew emotionally and even physically from their families and friends feeling left with emotions of helplessnesses.

Right here this cartoon is allowing to see the variety's disposition with the war debts, economy measures, and so on. This is pushing information to the audience about the depression that's taking place, and how everything is flowing into that one bucket. Everything going on in this cartoon is allowing us to see limitations that we're uprooted whilst in this time. Families were going through so much and deprived from the vital things they needed as for living daily life. Packing up and leaving was rare if not knowing where to go, but most families also would because they're looking for alternate ways to provide for loved ones in the house.
