Andréi Románovich Chikatilo, known as "The butcher of Rostov" is considered one of the most dangerous serial killers that the Soviet Union had. Although at present, the cruelty of the character stands out in the news, his intelligence allowed him to execute his murders perfectly without being suspicious for a long time.
