I was thinking about the 3 goals and the third one stood out to me to clarify. Goals 1 and 2 read clearly. I wrote a suggestion in italics below that clarifies Goal 3 for me. (I was reviewing the meeting, and reflecting.)

Current Goal: By Spring 2025, Collaborative Teachers in 5E will increase from 19 to 52 or more.

... By Spring of 2025, Winnebago will grow and develop the culture of the staff in the area of Collaborative Teachers (Collaborative Practices, teacher-teacher trust, quality of professional development, school commitment, and collective responsibility) to improve student learning.
