The poster was clear and accurate.
It will attract more people to see the facilities and therefore more people may want to come to the college.
Negatives:
No press release sent to marketing meaning there was no advertisement for the event.
A Facebook post was posted but no one really saw it or shared it which meant less people knew about the event.

Due to the fact not many people shared it so it wasn't widely broadcasted. No one is going to see the post and therefore come to the event.

Press realease - We didn't ask the melton times to put an article out, promoting the event. To increase the amount of people knowing about the event we could use other forms of media such as the likes of snapchat, instagram and even twitter. Producing a piece would be easy and every one sharing it in our course would promote it alot  more.
