Attend office hours and get to know your professors

Dedicate yourself fully to each course, especially if its outside your expertise

Use final projects as a platform to be creative and a practice space to work towards your career goals

If you're considering moving out to Madison to seek new opportunities, do it. Our community is growing!

Don't be scared to ask questions/ask for more individual feedback! Especially with online programs, it can feel difficult to speak up but I promise the professors are there to help you learn and will be more than happy to help!

Stay open minded and lean into your natural interests! Final projects, research papers, presentations, etc can be your playground to dive deeper in things that interest you the most.

Have fun and stay connected to your peers/other students in the PPI/ADD program, this can take a little more effort since the program is fully online!
