  • How did this first week go for you? Was the online platform challenging? Why or why not? What could Mr. Burr have done better? I feel this first has gone well. I feel that the online platform has its ups and downs. For example i think it does give a feeling of freedom and doing things on your own time however, this comes with responsibility to have good work done on time. I think Mr. Burr has handled this well but, I think more opportunities to meet in person would be helpful.
  • What was the most valuable thing you learned this week? Why? The most valuable thing i have learned this week is to be more independent. Even though you have given instructions and objectives I feel like I have learned to answer my own questions and be more proactive.
  • How were the Lynda.com tutorials? What did you like or not like about them? I thought the Lynda tutorials were very helpful they give an in-depth look at many subjects and cover nearly every question I have had. I also like the ability to go back and look at them anytime I need.
  • How did you feel about the Capture a Location project? What went well? What could go better? I had trouble knowing what and what not to film. I feel like what I did film was filmed from good camera angles and perspectives. However, I questioned the content I filmed because I was not sure if I left anything out that should have been in my video.
  • Do you feel like you have a basic understanding of iMovie and shooting video on your phone? Why or why not? I feel like i have a good understanding of both. I feel comfortable with my iphone because of the amount of time i have filmed with it outside of this class. I feel comfortable with Imovie because of the amount of time I spent watching the lynda tutorials and because of the depth of those tutorials.
