Rahul:- He is a good speaker but his hand gestures are missing and His voice is good and he tried to do justice with his role but he didn't tell about his audience first . So I didn't connect with his for whole speech. So I 'll give him 21/25.

Niraj:- He speaks very well and he gives expressions also.

As the Manager of this company I would like to add some points, now the pandemic has ended we all survive ,we did our best in work From home. And I found that the growth of this company increased. So I think we should go for work from home because it is beneficial for our employees also and for our company also. Employees are doing their bestfrom their home, they are spending their times with family, they developed some new habits,new skills.
And for the company work from home is more profitable because of this we don't have to pay many bills of phone calls, electricity and for other things also. Now I am concluding my point that we should go for work from home because it is really beneficial for both employees and company.

Today I give my opinion as an HR.So according to me, I will not allow all employees to do work from home. I will maintain a ratio like 50:50 means Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 50% of employees will come and the rest of employees come to rest of the day like Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I want to give suggestion one more all employees please go for vaccination and it's mandatory for all business employees without vaccination we will not give entry in the company (office). So, please without vaccination not come office.

Today I give my best and if I became a manager of enterprise. I will manage my employes because in this pendemic time we can't call to all employees together. So i will manage a time table in which I call my employees at 50:50 ratio. With the help of this method hope no problems comes.

Yes,I agree with the idea to work from home only if the presence of employees are not compulsory for the company. Because the work from home ideas also saves the time of employees as they don't need to come office daily.Infact many MNC companies are working on it,to make most of the employees jobs work from home.

Hello, I am HR of this company and we are here to debate about " Should we continue the work from home or not? " . As per that i would like to share some points, now it's time to move on from online work because now mostly our company members and employees have taken the vaccine so, as per that we should pursuing the offline work. In the pandemic our employees were facing so many health issues e.g. Back problem's, increasing weight and laziness. And for these kinds of problems we had to generate so many medical funds for them and that's why I am approaching " Work from home should be close " . It's also beneficial for them or their house members. I know that it's difficult in starting to wake up early in morning, as per that I have one solution we will open the entry gate after 10 pm.
