         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Example: Student's Name</strong></p><p>I will suggest children that are starting puberty, to be calmed. When you are at this stage of your life, your body changes a lot! Not only physically, also mentally. 🌟</p><p><br/></p><p>Also in puberty, your emotions change, for example, sometimes you're happy and suddenly, you feel angry or sad 🎭. But, don't worry, it's normal for people that are starting PUBERTY.</p><p><br/></p><p>Additionally, I recommend to eat healthy 🍈🍎 and do excercise 🏃‍♀️ because it will help for the well - being. Also, having medical check - ups to grow healthy.</p><p><br/></p><p>Finally, the changes that people experiment during puberty. Girls start menstruation, and it's normal. Boys, voice changes and it's more deeper. In both, starts to grow acne and it starts to grow hair in some parts of their body.</p><p><br/></p><p>Check this video if you're starting puberty.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Puberty is a important stage of life when you have many changes like physical, cognitive and emotional  changes, so you don't be worried.</p><p><br/></p><p>Physical changes are changes that are changes in the body.  Acne, Menestruation, Voice depeer (for boys) Breast develoment (for girls) are examples of physical changes.</p><p><br/></p><p>Also, there are emotional changes. Emotional changes are changes changes that influence your emotions and mood. In emotional changes, changing mood quickly is the most common reaction.</p><p><br/></p><p>Moreover, there are cognitive changes.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Puberty is something that happens to all of us, and I know it's very annoying but that's why I'm making this poster, to help children who are also going through this. 😁The first thing you should keep in mind is that you have to inform yourself, physical and mental changes are the biggest problem of stress and anxiety in children. Let's go first about mental changes, mental changes in reality are more annoying than you think, you can imagine what it is like to feel either very sad or very happy or very angry, I am personally disturbed by that idea but there are also things that can help you such as mindfudless, meditation, therapy, or even do what you like the most to relax. Now let's leave aside the mental changes and focus on the physical ones, this change usually stresses children since they are very annoying because of hormones, I know that more than one hates having imperfections and I include myself pri sometimes we need to de-stress, some tips I can give you are that&nbsp;Take care of your diet because it can be the cause of many imperfections. I know you're going to crave it because it's common, but at least try to control your calories, fat, flour, and sugar. You can also get pimples from stress or anxiety, so it's important that you take care of that. Knowing what's going on can help you feel more prepared.</p><p>Take care of your personal hygiene: Make sure you bathe daily, use deodorant and keep your skin clean to take care of your well-being.</p><p>Maintain a balanced diet: Healthy foods provide you with the energy you need to face changes and grow strong.</p><p>Exercise regularly: Practicing sports or physical activities will help you stay active and reduce stress.</p><p>Talk about your emotions: If you feel confused, anxious or sad, talk to someone you trust to understand and manage your emotions.</p><p>Avoid comparing yourself to others: Each person has their own pace of development. Don't worry if your friends experience changes before or after you.</p><p>Be kind to yourself: Puberty can be a challenging period. Remember that it is a stage and that it will lead you to be stronger.</p><p>Set limits on the use of social networks: Focus on your interests and real connections instead of worrying about digital approval.</p><p>Think about your goals and values: Reflect on who you want to be and what matters to you. Well, those were my recommendations, to finish I'm going to say how puberty is from my perspective, it's a little difficult to manage because you have many changes such as physical, emotional and cognitive but despite that it's nice because it's when you know yourself more, also the moment to realize that you're unique and it doesn't matter the hormonal changes as emotional and cognitive only you matter.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I will suggest children that are starting puberty, to not be worry about it🤗, because we all experience the physical and mental changes.</p><p><br/></p><p>Also in puberty, your emotions change drastically because sometimes you can feel angry😡 or sad😭 and other moment you can feel happy😄. But, it is normal at this age because hormones are changing. Additionally, in this age you will want to stay more time with your friends.</p><p><br/></p><p>The physical changes in puberty are: acne, pubic hair growth, body shape, skin becomes more oily, etc. In girls their breast grow and develop, and the menstruation cycle starts, etc. But in boys their voice changes it becomes more deeper, increase the muscle mass, etc.</p><p> </p><p>And finally, it is very important to have good hygiene🧻🚿, a healthy diet🥗🍗, and not have relationships that make you feel insecure about yourself (take care of your self-esteem)👍.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I will suggest children that are starting puberty, to don´t get a bad experience during this stage because we all past this when you are at this stage you changes much in physical, emotional and mentally.</p><p><br/></p><p>Physical changes on the puberty are acne, sprouts, pubic hair growth, skin becomes more oily, etc.</p><p>For boys change their voice more serious, increase muscle mass, face hair and for girls have breast growth and menarche appears.</p><p><br/></p><p>Emocional changes  are changes that influence your emootions and mood. Emotional changes, changing mood quickly is the most common reaction.</p><p><br/></p><p>Cognitive changes are changes that are separated into 3 basic parts that are Metacognition, Improved memory and Enhanced Processing. </p><p><br/></p><p>The 5 tips tips to have a good experience in puberty:</p><p><br/></p><p>1: Eat well: Having a good diet.</p><p>2: Sleep well: sleep 8,9 or 10 hours.</p><p>3: Good hygiene: Shower and other things.</p><p>4: Communicate: talk with some one like yours parents or phychologist o you diary.</p><p>5:Relationships: Don`t have relationships that can make you feel insegure or bad about your self.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
