Each task should be a clear and actionable step that contributes to achieving your overall goal.</p></li><li><p><strong>Allocate Resources:</strong> Identify the resources you need to complete each task. This could include people, time, budget, materials, or tools.</p></li><li><p><strong>Prioritize Tasks:</strong> Not all tasks are created equal. Prioritize your tasks based on importance and urgency. This will help you focus on what needs to be done first.</p></li><li><p><strong>Set Deadlines and Milestones:</strong> Assign realistic deadlines for each task and establish key milestones along the way. Milestones are smaller achievements that mark your progress towards the final goal.</p></li><li><p><strong>Monitor and Revise:</strong> Your plan is not set in stone.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Key steps that go into building an action plan are:</p><ol><li><p>Define your goal (ECTs wellbeing)</p></li><li><p>See WHAT you need to do (tasks)</p></li><li><p>Decide if you need help (WHO)</p></li><li><p>See what resources you need to have/give (time, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Decide what is top priority</p></li><li><p>Set deadlines (make a time-frame; WHEN)</p></li><li><p>Set milestones that will show your and the ECTs progress (you can even plan rewards or confirmation certificates)</p></li><li><p>Be sure to evaluate your plan regularly)</p></li></ol><p>Tricks: </p><ol><li><p>Keep it simple</p></li><li><p>Don*t be "difficult"</p></li><li><p>Have empathy</p></li><li><p>Enjoy the process :)</p></li></ol>]]></description>
