I hope this letter finds you well!It's been a long time since we last saw each other and now I miss you very much! I recently ventured into the Gobi Desert, a stunning cold desert that stretches across northern China and southern Mongolia. The vast landscapes and unique rock formations truly captivated me.

Although I loved the beauty, living here would be challenging due to the harsh climate and limited resources. However, I would love to return; the starry nights were breathtaking!

First of all, is that a lot of people expect their fruits and veggies in the perfect shape, size, and color. But the quest for flawless produce has serious downfalls. The consequence is large quantities of produce are left to rot in fields, go straight from the field to a landfill, or end up as livestock feed

Secondly, some foods are being 'forgotten'. Example, you have bought lots of different foods and put them in your fridge, then, you slowly eat all of them. When you realize, the pack of sausage that you put at the back of the fridge is already rotten. Then, it becomes waste. This can be count as buying too much food. By the end, thousands kilogram of food are being wasted in this way

Last reason is also a very common one. Sell-by, best-by, use-by, best-before dates – you’ve seen each of these labels at the grocery store, but what do they all mean? If I buy an item on the sell-by date, when does it actually “go bad?” And is something truly “spoiled” after the best-before date? These labels confuse customers and lead many of us to throw away food prematurely. In fact, date label confusion accounts for about 7% of all consumer food waste in America.

Hello, I am Han, here I will share some of my simple recipes. My meal includes: rice, eggs, mixed salad, minced meat

First we have to prepare rice, take enough to eat, then wash the rice and cook it. Next is the minced meat, just chop it, put it in the pan and stir it a few times until cooked. Eggs are also simple like meat, crack the eggs into the pan, add a little salt. Finally, cut some salad into a bowl, pour the available sauce and mix well. Thank you everyone for listening
