Allowing such behaviors to persist sends the message that they are acceptable, which can lead to a cycle of disruption and harm.

To ensure safety, schools must establish clear expectations, Enforce consistent consequences, and provide resources for behavioral interventions and support. Creating a culture of accountability and respect is foundational to achieving a safe environment where students can focus on learning and staff can focus on teaching.
