For example, he explains the importance of torso length. The length of the backpack should not be longer than your torso. He also explains that the waist straps should fit your waist to carry the weight of the backpack and make you more comfortable. Also important was how he said backpacks do not need to be filled to the brim and it's okay if they're not completely full.
