Whereas, in healthcare there is internet of medical things (IoMT) which is a collection of medical devices and applications that connects to healthcare IT systems through online computer networks. These medical devices are well equipped with Wi-Fi which allows the machine-to-machine communication which is the basis of IoMT. With the evolution of medicine through IoMT, healthcare has increased it's innovation and reduce it's level of cost. What do you think about IoMT?

As we all know that our world is well connected with internet, collecting and sharing data. Everything can be solved by using the networks and processor. Besides, communication can also occur without human involved and integrate the digital and physical worlds. On the other hand, there’s a lot things surrounded using the Internet itself.

The "Internet of Things" (IoT) is turning into an undeniably developing subject of discussion both in the work environment and outside of it. It's an idea that not just can possibly affect how we live yet in addition how we function. There is a considerable measure of complexities around the "Internet of things" however I need to adhere to the rudiments. Bunches of specialized and strategy related discussions are being had yet numerous individuals are still simply endeavoring to get a handle on the establishment of what the hell these discussions are about. Basically, this is the idea of essentially interfacing any gadget with an on and off change to the Internet. This incorporates everything from cellphones, espresso producers, clothes washers, earphones, lights, wearable gadgets and nearly whatever else you can consider. This additionally applies to parts of machines, for instance a fly motor of a plane or the bore of an oil fix. The IoT is a goliath system of associated "things" (which additionally incorporates individuals). The relationship will be between human individuals, human things, and things-things.

One of them is, IoMT help better management of drugs and medicine adherence. IoT help this work field by allowing the hospital's staff to use less time in managing or searching for drugs and prescriptions for the patient. This is because some hospital are using traditional way of searching medicine which they need to find one by one. This way they have consume a lot of time. While IoMT can help them with split second to find specific drugs for the patient. Moreover, it can help to track hygiene practices in hospitals and effectively prevent hospital infections. For patient itself, Iot help monitor the solutions to stick with their treatment plans and the doctor's track of the prescription.

Everything that good must have their bad. IoT really am beneficial to people but they also have a slightly defect on it. Other IoT's hitch is that the patient's privacy can be worried. This is because since IoT help the doctor to track their patients prescriptions, so basically they are using a device can implemented the patients record so that doctors can monitor it more easily. Since the device contain the patient's medical record so it open the doors for the scammer to hack it. There's one cases in Ohio, where these scammers using the patient's medical report to get money from their health insurance. This can be troublesome since the real patient could not get their money since the scammer got it first. The use of medical data as evidence by law enforcement officers creates a dangerous precedent. IoT has both pros and cons, only one can decide whether they want to use it in a good way or the other way around.

While once the staff has adjusted to the better approach for work, there comes the following issue. It isn't remarkable for a PC framework to confront specialized mistakes. The social insurance informatics framework is no exemption. This issue is particularly urgent in the Accident and Emergency (A&E) Department. Different offices in the healing center are interconnected by a typical data framework. At the point when 1 office is down, others are influenced. For instance, a patient was raced into the A&E Department. This will cause gigantic bothers, or more regrettable; it might even have unfavorable impacts in the patient's wellbeing condition.

An increasingly sophisticated health technology definitely does not come cheap. It spend lots of money on it. We have to understand that all first world national healthcare systems face a range of challenges. One of them is the ageing population. People are living longer and the population of human are increasing. So what does this imply? This means an increased health needs but the working population generating income to pay for healthcare system is reduced. However, with the high advanced technology, the data collected and information of patient can actually be key in straight away and can help to communicate it automatically. Some might thing this is not very vital yet it still give a major impact towards the society and the technology itself. How about all of you? Is there any other ways to improve the healthcare in the IoT?

So, I think there’s a way to improve the Internet of Things as in enhancing healthcare: Another combining advancement is the new exhibit of IoT-associated therapeutic gadgets, for example, vitals-following wearables. Heart screens can watch illnesses like arrhythmia and ready specialists to unfavorable occasions continuously, and savvy glucometers can track glucose readings through a cell phone application. Sensors inserted in orthopedic inserts can impart post-medical procedure execution. Remote observing devices can enable family parental figures to screen seniors inconspicuously by, for example, alarming them at whatever point an associated gadget, for example, a coffeemaker is turned on—when the standard veers off, a relative can check in. Shrewd senior homes are beginning to utilize machine learning and prescient investigation to get bits of knowledge from seniors' schedules and any deviations, alarming staff if something appears to be off.

Everything that is bad must have their own way and solutions to improve it in better way. What I can find is that they need to improve their security. This is because since the system is so advances sometime they are lacking of something that can bring the system down. What they can do is that they can adopt a risk-driven approach. They need to understand the risk matrix of your devices, then apply security controls appropriate to the level of risk involved. Since the doctors are using the some devices to track their patients, they need to apply a few layer of security to help their patients feel safe.

Lastly, I think there is something that IoT need to improve in order the be better in the future which is it need to overcome the problem of hard-to-analyse data. This is because IoT device being created with an ability to generate a lot of data at certain time which have caused many of the data goes unanalysed and unused. So by using AI or “artificial intelligence” it can help in organised the big amount of data and automate operational decision-making which will mainly boost many IoT application.

I think that Internet of technology or called as IOT is something that need to be improve and being upgraded at all time. This is important for our next generation that live in modern environment which is using technology to improve their activities in their daily life. So,we must to find solution on how to overcome the problem. One of the main problem that happened is platform problem. Lack of standards and platforms has made developing and deploying complete IoT solutions more difficult than it should have been, but many vendors are now introducing IoT platforms designed to make it easier to integrate IoT hardware, networks, and applications. Building multivendor solutions has long been the hardest part of crafting complete IoT implementations, but new vendor partnerships are now leading to integrated ecosystems that include dozens of major vendors offering pre-integrated third-party technologies. Another way vendors are tackling the integration issue is with “vertical” integrations that combine sensors, devices, analytics, and other components to create turnkey IoT solutions. So, if the platform are being upgraded, human will face new life and new environment of technology.

I think that one of the ways to improve the usage of IoT in medical use is through always improvise it's software. When we constantly improve the and fix the software, the software will never be outdated and the features of the IoMT will always be advanced and this can help reduce problems happening to the IoMT. Throughout this forum we can see the advantages and disadvantages of using IoT in medical use. Indeed, the healthcare innovation by using IoT for medical use has help in many ways and has create a wide new possibility and opportunity for those who are sick and for those who work in the medical field. In conclusion, healthcare innovation truly can increase the productivity, while reducing the cost of medical properties and all of this has been achieved by introducing and using IoT in medical use.
