         <description><![CDATA[<div>My own definition of anger is when you don't get what you want or the things don't go the way you wanted them to be. I think anger is helpful to me or us  because it helps us let it all out and after letting our anger out then you are a little more calm or feeling better.  My way of letting my anger out is by going outside when it's fresh and it just calms me down. </div>]]></description>

I don't feel that anger is harmful, though people going threw a rough time at the moment or someone that is mentally unstable, they could be very harmful. I feel like going to quiet, and calm places would really help getting rid of anger. Or you could maybe do  something peaceful, meditate, maybe take a walk. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For me the definition of anger is when you get overwhelmed and stressed. I think it is helpful for me since it lets out my emotions when in a serious state.
